"Warm and inviting property. Everything was perfect, from the solar lights on the patio to the fireplace in the living area. We enjoyed a walk to dinner. Walked to Carboat for coffee in the morning. Fun visit to Martha’s Vineyard and a pleasant stay in this house !"

"This property is perfect for a couple seeking to relax in a quiet, refined property near Edgartown and South Beach. The cottage is clean, well-equipped, and carefully maintained. The kitchen/living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all quite spacious. The large bathroom featured double sinks, an indoor and outdoor shower, a jetted spa tub, and a private water closet. "Great house with enjoyable blend of spaciousness and cozy appeal. Kitchen was well appointed and great overall aesthetic, layout - roomy for 5. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. There's a super cute 500ft ferry ride ($35 round trip) to get to and from this location so plan for food accordingly!"

The house was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for ourselves and relax. The house is a very short walk from ink well beach and from all the various downtown offerings of oak bluffs.
