"It was clean but the air-conditioning unit was not working. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is not very attractive. But it's only a short drive to good food and city event spaces as well as the University of Dayton. "

"We arrived a bit late that evening and was ready for a chill night to just relax and rest up. Other than the TV not working, which btw was promptly taken care of, our stay went well....no complaints!!"

"It is old and worn down. The carpet is very old. The area behind the end table is dirty. It is probably the original furniture. I will just have to pay more and go somewhere else to get pretty. It is my fault for expecting more."

Love Hyatt's

"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much."
