"Beautifully designed and converted monastery . Great hillside location outside the centre close to the Basilica overlooking Lyon -which is a 25 minute downhill walk. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city this will be perfect . Very Comfortable rooms, quality linens and robes and very impressive service throughout the hotel. Restaurant well worth visiting for incredible food. Small spa - long lap pool in the quiet gardens - very uncomfortable sunbeds ! Apart from that...

The lobby/bar was a great area to sit after a day of sightseeing and we took advantage of the breakfast 2 of our 3 mornings. Lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment was in a perfect location to explore the old town, as well as being only a short walk from the metro and bridges to other parts of the city. It was easy to check in and out. The apartment itself was a wonderful, comfortable haven to return to after a day of exploring. It was good having the kitchen and a washing machine available. Not a problem for me but do be aware that it is up almost 60 steps, some of them quite steep, if mobility is an issue. "
