"I wasn’t able to actually view the property due to them being sold out the night I had reserved a month prior for BUT the staff were generous enough to send us to another hotel free and they covered our first night so for that reason I’m not going to give a terrible review. Though it would have been nice to get our initial hotel I’m glad for what they did, so good staff overall (with the limited interaction I had with them). "

"Beautiful and historic property in the wonderful Oak Lawn area. Very safe location, for a single woman traveling. Lovely and helpful staff, clean well stocked room. I stayed on the 7th floor in a corner king with an incredible view of the city. I only stayed for one night to see a show, but the library bar looked amazing, with casual live music. I did get late night room service and was actually impressed with the salad and sandwich. I would absolutely recommend and stay again. "
