Nestled in a quiet wooded area of Mcgaheysville sits this 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental, offering outdoorsy folk the perfect base for a memorable trip. With the resort's 6,000 acres of mountain activities including skiing, swimming, hiking, golfing, and more, there's something exciting in store for every member of your group. Conclude an active day with a soak in the hot tub and a delicious BBQ meal on the private deck!

This upscale home has all the space, modern amenities, and access to nearby attractions needed to be the perfect Massanutten mountain getaway you and your family have been searching for!

Please take your trash with you. There are maps and signs in the cabin telling you where to dump it if needed. Alternatively, the house manager can take them for a tip of $5 per bag if you'd prefer.

The base rate includes 6 people. Additional guests are an extra $30 per person per night. Please read the itemized charges carefully. There can be no more than 10 guests.

There is a separate security deposit required for this property. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions about it- we are happy to answer them!

Girls’ weekend
The house was beautiful! Very clean, well stocked , and nicely laid out with a lovely outdoor space with hot tub and gas fire pit. Furnishings were very nice and the gas fireplace created such a cozy atmosphere. The area was so pretty! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Perfect Getaway!

Just what we needed!
We were here for our sister’s wedding in McGaheysville over the long Memorial Day weekend. This VRBO house was a perfect fit for us. The four bedrooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was well outfitted for our group, the hot tub was very relaxing, and the kitchen table was big enough for playing games and eating our meals altogether.

Very clean and tastefully decorated house. Great lay out for family reunion with a variety of ages. Back Porch was delightful with hot tub and grills. Fire pit did not have a propane tank. Kitchen well furnished. Beds comfortable. Loved the ping pong table. Would stay there again.

Highly recommend this home
This house is absolutely beautiful - well maintained and beautifully decorated. It has the biggest hot tub we’ve ever seen at a house. The hot tub is covered, so we were able to be in the hot tub in the rain! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need! The house manager was very responsive if we had a question - she was only a text away! I highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed the space and roominess during our visit. It was a good location for the event we were having at a winery close by. The only request I would have is to have spare blankets and towels in each space. We did have spare towels, but had to look for them in other rooms. The same was true for the blankets. Couple's Retreat
Peaceful and serene. Great for couples who like to relax and enjoy each other's company. We were family but each couple enjoyed our stay. The home is as described, better in person. Clean and stocked with many supplies. Didn't need to buy anything other than food and spices. We plan on making this our annual couples get-together spot. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Once again the home was extremely clean. It felt like home away from home.

My oldest daughter and her two kids and my two youngest got away for a quick summer trip to kick off summer. We had been to Massunutten before many years back. This property was amazing . So relaxing and clean . Just what we needed. The kids and adults enjoyed the play room. Price was reasonable. Beautiful Home in Massanutten Resort
We really enjoyed our stay at Hawk Mountain Song. We decided to spend Thanksgiving in Massanutten this year with another family. We had a total of 4, adults, 5 kiddos and 2 dogs and were more than comfortable. There are two living spaces, which was perfect for the adults to hang out in one area and the kids in another to play and watch their shows. Each of the spaces had really nice smart tvs to stream whatever you like. The outdoor space is really nice for an outdoor meal or outdoor cooking. We utilized the hot tub and it was well maintained, very clean and worked perfectly! The kitchen/bar had the necessary supplies to make a meal or craft up your favorite cocktail. We went in walks, took advantage or the playgrounds on the resort, visiting the holiday light exhibit, went to the indoor water park, and relaxed in the Hawk Mountain Song home. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Massanutten. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place!
My friends and I had such a wonderful time at the house! We used the hot tub which was perfect, we used the grills for a cookout and the fire pit for s’mores! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It’s conveniently located to many things as well! Two things I think should be added/fixed - 1. extra blankets would be nice! We had to use the comforters on the bed when we were cold outside. 2. The guest bathroom on the ground floor and the shared bathroom on first floor - the shower door came off the track and we had to pop it back into place. So maybe have that checked out. We still had an absolutely lovely time! We are already looking to come back next year!

Wonderful!
This was our second time staying at hawk mountain song and we will definitely be back! This time we brought our kids and they loved it. The game room was a huge hit for them and us. We loved playing pool with them and relaxing in the hot tub every night. The large kitchen was great for our family. We went to luray and va safari park and overal just had an amazing time. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to everything. Great for hiking too! And the deer in the afternoons! We saw so many deer! We can’t wait to return next year!
