"Unfortunately, the weather turned cold the day we arrived, and was cold for the duration of our stay, so we were unable to use the nice deck area. In warmer weather, it would have been a great place to hang out. The beds were comfortable, and it was adequately heated. We did some fishing off the dock, and caught a nice bass. "

With our trip falling just after Halloween, it was so fun sit in front of the fireplace in the cozy cabin and watch a scary movie! We were able to cook up a yummy dinner as well! "It's a really nice property out in the country. It is well taken care of. It would be great for a husband and wife with 2 kids. A group of 4 friends, you'd have to share beds or figure something else out. The bathroom is detached but it is a very nice bathroom. It's a nice comfortable place to stay."

"We absolutely loved staying at this rental. It was clean, cozy, easy to access and secluded. It was very comfortable- there were plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and little touches to make you feel right at home. When a repair took place, the communication was transparent and we weren't inconvenienced in the slightest. The cabin is near wonderful hiking paths and a short drive from basic needs like groceries, gas, and firewood. I would highly recommend this rental if you'd like a quiet...

If you like hiking, there are many trails in the state parks all within 30 minutes of the cabin. Cabin itself was comfortable and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove and outdoor hot tub. Cory was easy to work with and check in/out was convenient. Great place to stay! "

"Yes it is a cabin in the woods, it isnt perfect. However it was highly enjoyable, and Cory was very attentive and plesant to deal with. Only requests is more curtians over the windows. We had the pleasure of witnessing a geostorm and the northern lights. Didnt even have to go outside because we could see them from the sunroom downstairs! I do feel like a vacuum, a swiffer, and a duster would be nice to have around the cabin but we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. "
