"The property was very clean. Even though there was a foul smell on day one, the apartment was cleaned and the smell issue was addressed quickly. Our friends visited the apartment to spend an evening together. They were asked to submit their passports for record keeping. When questions were asked about data protection, the front desk person was unable to answer and felt irritated. Our guests felt uncomfortable during this conversation.
