"Last minute booking and what a find. Room had been recently refurbished and a fabulous view of Napier Harbour. Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge and microwave in room. Room was small but there was a small balcony to sit out on. Small guest laudry room to use free of charge. Good powerful shower. "

"We really enjoyed this property. It was walkable to the Art Deco/shopping district, including full scale grocery stores. We didn’t use the spa tub, but it was sparkling clean. Reception was friendly, but open hours were quite limited. We enjoyed our time in Napier!"

"The desk staff went above& beyond, calling the local shuttle service to pick us and many others up and take us to the harbor because our plane that was diverted to Honolulu and made it to late to catch our cruise ship the day before in Auckland. "
