There is no soundproofing in the hotel - you can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. The only positives are the politeness of staff and its convenient location, but considering the lack of soundproofing, I warn you to look at other places along Southbank before booking here. We will not return. One helpful staff member moved us after we mentioned hearing our neighbours all night, only for the same thing to happen in the new room once people moved in next door. We could clearly hear whole conversations, and other noises, so it's safe to assume they could hear us too - not ideal for a hotel. Save your money for somewhere else.

Bed and view were fantastic! Kitchen and bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom sink did not drain. Did not receive my VIP complimentary bottle of wine. Overall the location was great and I slept well. Just a few details were overlooked.

I had a fantastic stay. The room design was well thought out and practical. Beds were coach and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Would happily stay here again!

Would not recommend. Once the "free cancellation" period ended, we received a text informing us that rooms are only serviced every three days—a crucial detail that was never mentioned in all the time we had the room reserved. To get fresh towels or extra toilet paper, we had to use a QR code in the room, which again was not explained during check-in. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the images advertised. By day three, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. When I called reception (twice, because they hung up the first time), I was told I should have requested daily cleaning—a policy they failed to mention during our check-in, which was underwhelming at best. The rooms are far from quiet. We endured constant stomping from the floor above, day and night. So much for a peaceful stay. Amenities were practically non-existent. The provided toiletries were large, shared containers, which didn’t inspire confidence about cleanliness. The bathroom tap alternated between scalding hot or freezing cold with no middle ground. While the location was decent, that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. There’s no room service, no cleaning, and absolutely no reason to stay here again.
