HOUSE FEATURES:
Flooded with natural light Archies offers seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with glass doors opening up to the pool terrace. The hub of the home is the open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area which overlooks the sparkling solar heated pool tranquil gardens. You can relax on the sun lounges, take a dip in the pool to cool off and enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends. A separate gazebo with dining table, cafe blinds and a plumbed gas barbecue provides all year-round entertaining.
Down the hall you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, including a huge master bedroom with ensuite and a family bathroom with indoor spa bath (not an outdoor spa pool). The living area features large comfortable sofas for snuggling into and a gas log fire to keep you cozy on cooler days and nights. Please note the furniture in the living area is the same as in the photos but has been rearranged slightly, to create a cozy relaxed feel. Additional features include ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans, DeLonghi coffee machine, trampoline, pool toys, and various kids DVDs, toys and games to enjoy.
