The property location was great and the facilities in the apartment building were lovely. The property unfortunately was not overly clean. There was rubbish under the furniture, cigarette butt in the bedroom wardrobe and some wine splash stains down the side of the island bench. Also having the key drop box a 700m walk away was not convenient as I had no car. It would have been helpful to know that information prior to booking as walking 700m up hill with luggage was not ideal. The power was also off when I first arrived and it took awhile to work out there was a main light switch the controlled the power for the apartment (that was separate from the fuse box). This information would have been helpful in the apartment information guide sent out to me. The oven was also not working and the microwave was broken. Although I did enjoy my time there as the location was perfect and the apartment was lovey, these issues do need to be rectified especially since paying premium prices.
