"My partner and I stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect, equally distanced from points of interests, busy shopping blocks, markets, restaurants, train stations and trolley stops! The rain shower in our room was excellent and alone worth the price of admission. The reception and wait staff were all very friendly and inviting. "The location of the hotel is very good. Front desk staff not friendly. Housekeeping they clean the room every day but please use bathroom cleaner the bathroom on our 3rd days has bad smell already. Breakfast is just basic, good to start the day. But the attendants in the breakfast area needs to improve their attitude not even smiling no greetings. "

"This hotel was so welcoming and luxurious from the moment we stepped in the door. Via the VIP offers on Expedia, we had a bottle of bubbles on ice in our room on arrival) We were lucky to be upgraded but I would be happy to stay in any room in this hotel. "Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Our room overlooked Rossio Plaza and the subway line is only a block or two away. There are restaurants, shopping and sites all within walking distance (be forewarned of Lisbon’s hills!). We were greeted with pastries and port wine and the staff gave us sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was also good. The only suggestions I would give the hotel would be to install USB outlets in the rooms and a shelf in the shower. "
