We were thrilled to have the full kitchen, included parking space, and the laundry was free (I was almost expecting it to be coin operated). This unit is one I would 100% stay at again. "Dave’s house was comfortable, clean and in a safe and clean community. We especially appreciated the large and heated pool as well as Dave’s recommendations for local restaurants and venues. Though the adjacent freeway traffic was ever-present, it was not terribly noticeable. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dave’s house for a family stay. "

People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. "My family of 5 stayed at this place for 3 nights. It is very convenient to Key West and Big Pine Key for the activities we participated in. Easy check-in and great communication with owner. The only issue was the house we stayed in could use a little updating--one example was the peeling wallpaper and old-looking/poorly cut moulding in places. That said, we would definitely stay there again. It was a good place for the whole family."

"My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!"
