"It took the front desk manager 10 to 15 minutes to even show up at the front desk to check me in. I rang the doorbell. I went to speak to staff. he was nowhere to be found for over 10 minutes. No wifi info provided. When I returned to get the Wi-Fi only an hour later, once again there was no one at the front desk I waited 5 minutes and didn't weigh any longer just went back to my room without the Wi-Fi info. "

"Phoenix is a great city! Felt very safe. Valet parking was a fair price and very convenient. The hotel is nice but the elevators were having issues and it sometimes took 15 min to get on. The elevators were such an issue that we took the stairs (which were not clearly marked) a few times… TO THE 10th FLOOR!! We would stay here again though (if the elevators are working). The rooms were very clean. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping to reset our room … then it was done right away....

"The Surestay is a perfect location. Its close to the airport, zoo, botanical gardens, and restaurants. The prices are terrific. The roome was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed to not have had time to enjoy the pool, it looked nice. The layout of the breakfast bar was crazy.
