Situated in a modern, gated community in downtown, this premium condo makes it easy to experience the Memphis lifestyle firsthand. Six lucky guests can grab a brew at High Cotton MicroBrewery, catch a Redbirds game, and take the trolley to Main Street and Beale Street before retreating back to the sleek condo to watch the baseball games fireworks from the private balcony.

THE PROPERTY

Upon arrival to the gated condo community, park your cars in the private, 2-car garage directly below the unit.

Once you step inside, you'll find it easy to make yourself at home in the 1,440-square-foot condo, boasting modern amenities, hardwood floors, new carpet and inviting decor.

Spend lazy mornings lounging on the comfortable couches or chair in the living area and watching TV while the chef of the group whips up a tasty breakfast for the whole group in the fully equipped kitchen. Cable and Netflix are included!

Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make the kitchen a chef's dream. Proudly serve your home-cooked masterpiece at the kitchen bar with seating for 3, or at the dining table with seating for 4.

When the weather is nice, bring the party to the outside patio, where you can fire up the gas grill for a cookout. On Saturday nights, head upstairs to the upper balcony and watch the fireworks from the Redbirds baseball game before heading to bed.

After the fireworks show, retreat to one of the 2 inviting bedrooms, which both feature their own full bathroom. Rest your head in the master bedroom's king bed or the second bedroom's queen bed. Additional sleeping can be found on the queen pullout bed in the living area.

Along with its modern amenities, perhaps the best feature of this condo is its fantastic location! Situated directly across the street from High Cotton Microbrewery, this condo ensures that you'll never go a day without a great brew.

If you need a little pick-me-up to get started in the mornings, the condo is also right across the street from the newly developed Edge Alley Coffee Roast. Here, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch!

Baseball fans, bring your mitt and prepare to catch a ball at a Redbird's Game at Redbird's Stadium, just 2 blocks from the home. During Saturday night home games, you'll even be able to watch the fireworks from the condo's private balcony!

Easily venture away from the property and explore downtown by hopping on the trolley, just 1 block from the home. Take the trolley to Main Street and Beale Street, where you can sample savory barbeque at the local restaurants and find the perfect souvenir at one of the unique music memorabilia shops. At night, stick around for the lively music scene, as live music clubs open to welcome all music fans!

While you're in the city, be sure to check out some of the major Memphis attractions, including the National Civil Rights Museum, Stax Museum of American Soul Music, Graceland, Sun Studio (just a 2-block walk away!), Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum, and the world class Memphis Zoo - all minutes from the home!

Nice place!

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay in Memphis. Very nice condo, very clean, secure parking, which is very important! We would certainly stay there again. The only caveat that I would like to let the property owner know about lack of soap for showering, several lightbulbs were burnt out, etc. Minor issues which could be addressed very easily for routine, maintenance and upkeep.

Grate location!

Cleaners still there at our arrival but that was fine, they were very friendly and helpful. Great location near Sun Studio and car museum being right around the corner. Close to area attractions! Recommend Kooky Kanuch (spelling may be wrong) for great burgers and Central BBQ for great BBQ!

A Home Away From Home

First, the location is only 2 blocks from Beale Street. Second, the location is very secure which is important in Memphis. If there is anything ypu meed, the owner tries his best to please you. My family & I really appreciate the hospitality! We will definitely book again.

Excellent location

This property is located within walking distance of Beale Street, right down the street from Sun Studio. There is a brewery right across the street. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Only about 15 minutes from Graceland. Wonderful, clean accommodations. Gated around the parking. And convenient parking below the property. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Jason.

Mattresses Ugh

Everything was great except the mattresses in both bedrooms. I know the opinions of mattresses and comfort can vary person by person. I would not recommend staying here unless the comfort of the beds is addressed.

Great Place in The Edge

This was my first experience with and use of VRBO, and I could not be any happier. The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze. Security sound. Final note: The host was very communicative and helpful from the booking date to checkout. He included handy, laminated sheets with recommendations of what to do, attractions, and favorite restaurants around town. Fantastic stay.

Bummer!

Well to start the photo does not have anything to do with my rental - three days before arriving I reached out to the host because I had been sent nothing about the check-in process, codes, what have you. I get a reply the next day stating that the unit is under renovation and is not available - What? The host blamed VRBO for not cancelling the reservation earlier but said he had another unit in the same building with the same lay-out, great I thought. So I took it to avoid the stress of having to scramble to find something else, but left not happy. The unit needs work, it was not very clean, walls need paint, towels were dirty, carpet was old and warn out, the shower door almost fell-off when I opened it, no hangers for clothes in the master, instant coffee, who leaves instant coffee for their guests? I have stayed in many VRBO and this was sadly not up to the standards I have come to expect. This unit needs a major upgrade and does not come close to anything like the picture of the unit I was supposed to get, not even close.

Memphis is GREAT!

This is a great spot, There's a great brewery and brunch/drink spot right across the street. Walking distance to a few great landmarks. Sun records, The car museum and only about a mile walk to the coveted Beale Street. We did a river tour (Highly recommend) the Sun Records tour, got some great BBQ at Rendezvous and we were excited they had the art expo on Riverside DR that weekend. We didn't forget to check out silky's or tin roof! Great space, You'll love the atmosphere. When it comes to traveling, This is where you stay in memphis!

We had a great experience staying in this condo

Jason was very responsive and provided great suggestions for things to do during our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the essentials for a great stay. We appreciated the gated community and the spacious garage for our vehicle. We also appreciated the king size bed, which was extremely comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep! This condo was clean, safe, and walking distance to Beale Street as well as across the street from a microbrewery and cafe. We would definitely stay here again! I would recommend checking open hours of specific restaurants you would like to enjoy due to varying days off.

Impromptu Trip to Memphis

We decided to take a quick impromptu trip to Memphis for Labor Day weekend. This rental was perfect for our family. Check in was a breeze and the host was a gem to work with. Super quick and inexpensive Uber ride to Beale St from the property. The cherry on top for us was the massive garage that our large SUV fit into with plenty of room to spare. I highly recommend this rental!
