Step back in time, however enjoy the modern luxuries and conveniences of today. The beautiful open air pavilion with crystal chandelier, lounge area, outside fireplace, wet bar and mountain chic bathrooms will appeal to all. The expansive lawn lends itself to hundreds of chairs for any event and jaw dropping vistas perfect for a wedding ceremony! The massive kitchen offers tremendous space, storage and catering items for your needs! Featuring a warming drawer, dishwasher, appliances, coffee bar and a tremendous amount of prep space. A full size refrigerator/freezer and another freezer!! 2 BBQ pits. The family living space is tremendous with plenty of lounging space, special big screen TV viewing area and tons of windows bringing the beauty of the property and views inside. The home features the largest kitchen on the mountain with every amenity that you will need, including a full size standing freezer, coffee bar, warm drawers and more. The dining room table is 15' long with additional dining spaces available. Bedrooms are fresh and comfortable including a perfect space for a bride and her bridesmaids to get ready for her special day . If you are planning a wedding or event at Cragsmere, even a small gathering that will include others outside of those staying in the home, there will be an extra charge for this. Vacation rental guests are welcome to sit under the pavilion to enjoy sunsets, however for full use of the pavilion for any type of event, an additional fee will apply. Weddings and events CAN NOT be booked through booking channels. They must be booked with us directly through our website. Please call or message us for more information. Lookout Mountain, Fort Payne and Mentone are all known for their beauty and authentic mountain offerings to visitors. Waterfalls, hiking trails, canyons, Eagles, bears and more inhabit and grace the mountain. Beautiful vistas, local artisans and many homegrown cafes and restaurants give visitors options to suit their desires. Authentic mountain experiences is why our guests return year after year, often season after season.
Getting Around:
A car is a must. Guests flying into Chattanooga can rent a car or take Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
1. All guests are required to submit their ID and complete our guest rental agreement. 2. Planning to bring a pet pal? Fantastic! There is an $85 pet fee, 2 pets max. 3. For wedding reservations, you must book direct. 4. Optional: $20 per night to heat the mini pool (must request before arrival) 5. Do not move the logs by the Pavilion 6. No parking on the grass, violators will be charge $500 fee 7. No adjusting the curtains at the Pavilion, violators will be charged a $700 fee 8. ***Wildlife frequents this area, please use caution and remember to follow trash rules.*** HOT TUB FYI As the water flows through the tubs master core, it is charged by low levels of copper and zinc oxides; these natural elements are safe and create a more efficient way to maintain clear, clean water. By filtering water the same way Mother Nature does, this technology reduces water-soluble heavy metals and, in the process, decreases the amount of harsh chemicals needed to purify the spa water. EcoPur Charge also controls scale, bacteria and algae. Hot tubs are checked and maintained for sanitation and safety between each reservation.
