Delilah - A Wooded Tiny Home Atop Lookout Mountain

Delilah is a 398 sq. ft. tiny home that is the perfect place to get away for a few days. Enjoy an unplugged, peaceful and unique retreat only 3 miles from the funky mountain town of Mentone. This is a stay you won’t forget.

Delilah is located in a tiny home neighborhood which backs up to a cow farm. The home sits on 3/4 of a wooded acre lot. There are 2 beds, a queen on the main floor and a queen in the loft (keep in my the loft is not walkable space. It’s about 4’ high). There is a community common area with a little trail, fire pits, and sitting areas for your enjoyment. You are only 3 miles from the funky mountain town of Mentone where there are local artisanal shops, great food, and Desoto State Park and Falls.

Peaceful spot.
Just to get away for a few nights in this peaceful spot. Have never been in a tiny home, but this really had everything you needed. If you want a private spot to just sit and relax, or have conversations with your spouse, this back porch is perfect. Also, the owners have done a wonderful job of providing all the little things you need.

Lovely home and nice stay. The owners gave us all the info we needed in advance and at the residence, however once we arrived, they never communicated again. I sent a brief message that we had arrived a little early, by text, and another when we left, as they asked. It would have been nice to have heard back. Seemed strange.

We will definitely be back!
The property and house were just as described, but it’s hard to really appreciate how cute and cozy it is until you’re there. It was only 15 minutes away from Camp Comer, so I was easily able to go back and forth for family night and the closing campfire ceremony. It was very close to town but in a pretty remote location to where I didn’t have neighbors looking at me while I relaxed outside on the porch. We will be back when we can 🙂
