Nice, but needs a little attention
Our family of 9 adults and four children stayed here for a family reunion. The house is large with lots of space for everyone to be together and also have space to themselves. The in-law suite was especially nice for the family with three small children. There was a pack-n-play, which was wonderful! There were a few things that took away from a perfect stay: The king bed behind the kitchen has horribly squeaky springs under the mattress. We couldn't move without making noise. One of the washcloths in that bathroom was dirty. At first, I thought it was a rust stain, but then the "stain" disappeared after use. We killed a roach near the kitchen, so pest control should probably be asked to stop in. The light above the stove doesn't work - probably just needs a new bulb. We ran out of trash bags on the last day and foil, as well. We used the fire pit and enjoyed it, but two of the chairs around it were broken and another broke when one of us sat in it, damaging a phone screen in the process. And lastly, there was no shower rod or curtain in the in-law suite. The family that stayed in there wasn't comfortable with the open shower opposite a window to the courtyard (though there was a curtain on it), so they bought their own shower rod and curtain for the stay. All in all, we enjoyed the stay, but it would have been stellar if those details hadn't detracted from it.

Lovely "Get Away" roomy home
We stayed here with our kids and grands. The place was roomy with loads of bedrooms, baths and sitting areas. We brought extra chairs but there were plenty. The kitchen area was nice...the burners on the gas stove were a little wild with poofs of fire when started but regulated without too much trouble. Great place to walk, the Brow Park is just down the road for lovely views. We loved the fire pit and had photos taken outside around the yard...the grands sat on the big grizzly bear statue in the side yard! Thank you for letting us stay there.

Perfect Family Get-Away
The property is large and roomy. There are plenty of gathering spaces to spread out in. We had a couple of issues, but they did not interfere in our fun and could not be helped. Luckily, because it’s so large, there’s a “backup” for everything!

The Quite One
After a rocky start, (a few maintenance issues) to which an owner and his sweet son came to our rescue. The house was very nice. It was so spacious with plenty of gathering places for our 5 couples. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house. The MIL suite was amazing!

Great place for a family get-together!
My family and I spent Thanksgiving week here and it was wonderful! The pictures online actually make it look smaller than it is. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space. We had 14 adults (6 couples and 2 single brothers in their 20s) and 5 children (aged 2-6). We filled the place, but had enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces of the house as well. We spent a day in Chattanooga, and occasionally ventured out for a park, disc golf, groceries, etc. Mostly we just enjoyed time together in the house. One suggestion would be to bring a folding table, if possible. There's only one table in the house (and a small one we used as a kids table) and it wasn't big enough to fit all of us. Plus, we like to play games and do puzzles, and there wasn't room for that here. Further breakdown of the bedrooms if you're interested: On the first floor, there are 3 BRs. One with a full-size bed and a private bathroom, one is a large primary bedroom right in the middle of the house with a king and private bathroom, and then there's a large suite with its own wing of the house. Up one staircase, there are 4 BRs. 3 have full beds and 1 has a king. Those 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Up another staircase was what we called the "cousins room". This is a long room with 1 full-size bed and 4 twins. There are French doors in the middle that you can close to make it more like 2 rooms.
