"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"To not have a bathroom or kitchen IN THE HOUSE in this day and age is beyond belief. Bathroom was a diy shack in the backyard, no bathroom inside the house is unacceptable. No kitchen inside also, all the appliances were outside on a bench and were in old condition. The floors still had pet hair from the previous people. This listing is misleading and we paid a ridiculous amount for the 3 nights which in my opinion was robbery. I refused to let my 2 kids stay with us at this property because of...

"Everything was going great until it started to rain. The downstairs where my daughters family was staying ( fortunately they’d moved out the day before) flooded with 2 inches of water in the carpet and throughout. That answered the question of the terrible mustiness and continual need to air it out. Anyway no refund even though it was impossible to occupy. My advice, don’t rent this place if you intend using the downstairs."
