"I recently stayed at the Team Guard Hotel in Oran, Algeria, and I had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. However, there was one staff member at the reception desk who was not as friendly or helpful as the others. He was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not make me feel welcome. "Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."
