The Shower (in the bath) could be improved but otherwise the room was large and full of character. Not luxurious but fun and quaint. I would definitely go back. "Just overnighted on the way to catch the ferry to Newhaven. Check in was quick, the room was nice and clean. Only disappointment after a long day’s driving was no vegetarian options in the restaurant. But we drove about five minutes and found a pub that catered for us meatless types. Would happily stay again, but it would be great to be able to eat there. Even a simple pasta would be great. "
