bathrooms have no shower curtains, so you have to shower while trying to keep the water, valet takes forever, not friendly. nothing special about a place that charges a $35 destination fee per night and $56 per night for parking. nothing special about this place. No luggage carts and there was no VIP treatment.

We booked a king room they gave us a queen room the bathroom really had no place to put your stuff and they had robes with no place to hang them in the bathroom. The doors at the hotel would lock for safety at night but when you would scan your card at different doors and the scan would turn green they would not unlock to let you in. The cleaning staff washed the dishes but didn’t put away also left cleaning supplies in the bathroom.

I enjoyed a beautiful stay at the Gale. My room was stunning and clean. As a solo female traveler I felt completely safe and taken care of. The restaurant Casa Gianna is excellent and even the menu at the pool maintained that standard. I also appreciated how close I was to the Brightline station! 10/10 stay

The hotel is nice. However, we stayed in a two bedroom suite in one of the bedrooms did not have a door on it. The second bedroom was basically in the living room. There is no room service available at the hotel even though they have two restaurants. There are no doors on the shower so the floor gets wet. Staff are not friendly. There’s nowhere to park so you must valet. Valet was $100 for two nights.

The hotel is good, valet was quick, and lobby is warm and welcoming. My room was smaller than i expected and there was no door to the bedroom! Room was clean and modern but sofa was uncomfortable. There was a construction site right outside of my balcony and you could hear it inside the room. Also no vending machines or market inside the hotel, slight inconvenience. Overall the hotel is good, it’s new and clean and staff are great.

My newly wedded wife and I were upgraded to this 2bd unit which was beautiful except the bathroom which was outdated and dangerous. I sat on the bench in the shower and it fell off the wall and I hurt my hip and head.
