The property is new and clean, however I have stayed a few times and this past time i experienced a lot of noise coming from the hallway. The walls are thin, and every time someone opened or closed a door, you’d think it’s your own door that’s about to be opened, and it startles you. I was unable to sleep at times due to this issue. It was my first time staying on the 2nd floor, so perhaps this is why. Also, I noticed that they intentionally do not have a microwave available in the room. At first i thought, perhaps it helps avoid the smell of food a little better. But then i realized that they’d like for you to purchase food from their restaurant located in the lobby. I know it’s not mandatory obviously. But i could have easily heated up takeout from other dining experiences i had outside of the hotel. And i couldn’t. So i ended up going downstairs or ordering ubereats because it was the most convenient thing to do. My point is, you end up spending more than you’d need to if you prefer to stay in a hotel with a microwave in the room. The menu from the restaurant does not reflect the price they actually charge your food tab. The price is higher than reflected on the menu. The staff at the restaurant during the evening did not seem well prepared as well, and got my order wrong. They were not the friendliest either unfortunately. I hope this review serves as constructive criticism.

This hotel had no microwave in the room or even in the lobby, so when you went to dine and brought back food there was no place for you to heat it up in. I asked the staff if i could use their microwave in the staff room and they said no. Also there are no near by restaurants around so you will have left over food. The staff was rude when you asked questions. Worst hotel i ever stayed in.

We paid a fee for an early check in. The hallway which is very narrow was obstructed by the cleaning cart which was understandable because of the 11 am time. However, when we checked out later that evening at 5:30pm the cart was still in the hallway making it very difficult to get through with 5 suitcases. Additionally, upon checking in to room 307 there was a soaked towel in front of the shower stall. We reported it to housekeeping who were in the hallway. It was removed. We later discovered why the towel was placed there. My fiancé took a shower only to realize that the ceiling above him in the bathroom was leaking. We called and notified the front desk. They were willing to reassign our room but it was not feasible since we were already getting ready to check out for our 8:30 flight that night. The staff was accommodating and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The complimentary airport shuttle was an added bonus.

Housekeeping came in despite our "do not disturb" sign and only cleaned up bathroom. There is very limited parking - say about 25 spots - so you basically have to park out on a side street gravel area. There was mold in our bathroom tile area. I've been awaiting a call back from Catalina (manager) for a week to make things right to no avail.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. However the phone extensions in the room did not work (wakeup/front desk ext) and we waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle from the airport. Cons: Waited over an hour at the airport waiting fothe Hotel Shuttle.
