Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

The one slight staff oversight was upon check out. She asked how the stay was and I mentioned the mattress and bedding and didn’t receive any response at all. Don’t ask if you don’t want to know. "

We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

Only real downside is the bed is up against the window, so if you are traveling with a partner, one of you would have to climb over the other in the middle of the night - though that seems to be a theme in London"

My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did. Overall I would reccomend. "
