"The cabin itself was lovely the views breathtaking just a couple of hiccups really. We had a 4 Hour drive to get to the cottage which we got to a few minutes early before check-in before four. So we left and came back at four housekeeping was still there. My husband asked how long they would be. They said about a half an hour, so we sat in our car for half an hour. Once again, the cottage is lovely but the screened in porch area. The screens many of them are completely loose blowing in the wind....

"The apartment was clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could want in a vrbo stay. I loved that it was dog friendly and so close to Stowe - so easy to get there by car or by the bus that stops almost right in front of the lot you park in. My one negative comment is not the VRBO’s fault but I feel it’s necessary to note and remind people searching that the location above the bar does matter. "A lamp between the sofa and the love seat would have been appreciated. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. The house size worked well for our party of 4 and a dog. "While the building is dated, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub and the size of the bedroom. The bathroom was tiny. Grab and go breakfast was made to order. Fruit and bread for toast were freely available. Coffee and tea were also freely available. I would recommend this to someone traveling through. "
