"We always stay here when in Montreal with our dog. Rooms are big, area is perfect for dog walks, it’s a 5min walk to the metro station and parking is very convenient. I would have given a 5 star bcs this place is great but our room was dirty. Beard hairs on bathroom sink, lamp shades were dirty and carpets were not cleaned. "

"Our barmaid/waitress/cook was amazing, we absolutely loved her and she treated us like family! The preparation of food was a little slow but that's not her fault as she only has 1 small oven to work with and she did inform us of this before we ordered which we didn't mind waiting. They did have a major issue with the keycards the day of checkout, none were working on the 5th floor and after several unsuccessful attempts at getting new cards made, they had a cleaning lady stay up on that floor...
