"The house is beautiful and very clean. Fun game room. Excellent view of the lake. Many sitting areas to enjoy. They provide games and books as well. The owner Neil answered all our questions promptly. Local food leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely AVOID Sussex Sit n Chat diner and avoid Silvio’s Villa (food was severely overpriced and tasted like prison cafeteria food. ) "

"Jackie was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The outside could use some updates, but it seems like that’s in the works as the front office is currently under renovation! It’ll be nice to have the exterior match the updated coziness of the rooms themselves which were amazing! I would stay here again. "

"This was one of the cleanest motels my family and I have ever stayed at during one of our trips. The receptionist Nikki was very nice friendly and helpful. I would absolutely hands down recommend staying here to anyone. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in town. The only thing I would suggest/recommend to the property owners/managers/staff is to put a light by the sign out front because it was dark and late when we got down there and I almost missed the driveway. If I didn’t turn on my light bar I would’ve had to turn around."
