A weekend to remember
The property is absolutely amazing! The home is the perfect outdoorsy cabin feel and had all the amenities we could ask for. Justin made our booking and time at the property super easy and knowing he was just a phone call away was so reassuring. The river, the view, and general outdoors were our favorite part! Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the scenery was. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway
I knew when I booked Justin's property, it had a story to go along with it and it did. Friends from around the country converged at Justin's fabulous property on the Walla Walla River. All we could say is "WOW". The setting, the design, the attention to detail at Justin's little paradise on the River will have us coming back again and again.

Great Cabin and Locaton
This is one of those places that reminds us of why we live in Oregon. The cabin is comfortable (best couches we've ever experienced) and well appointed. The pavilion near the river is exceptional. The location is good for many activities (hiking, fishing, don't miss Palouse Falls), and Justin was very responsive and hospitable.

True slice of heaven!
This property has the greatest views of the mountains with wildlife right in the back yard - Turkeys, quail and deer. The house, that we later learned was built by Justin the owner, was fully stocked with all essentials. A full bar with a beverage refrigerator located in the main living area with plenty of comfortable seating, including a table for dining. The kitchen is small but is equipped with all essentials. Outside offers a covered area to cook, with all the necessary items to BBQ, including a place to eat and a place to relax by the stone fireplace. There is also a fire pit with a wagon for making transporting wood, a breeze and a single room cabin with a private deck located next to the river. There are too many wonderful things to list about this amazing water front property - so you’ll have to visit, you won’t be disappointed! Overall, we had such a lovely time and we look forward to visiting this property again. The owner, Justin, is really kind and very sweet. He met my partner when we arrived and showed him around the property. It was a delight to meet Justin and to be able to stay in this truly one-of-a-kind oasis.

Beautiful, comfortable, private, but needs a little help.
First, let me say the owner Justin seems like a nice guy. He met us there, started a fire, lit candles, and showed us around. He was polite, sincere, and pleasant. The house is very comfortable and unique with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and there are outside cooking options also. The acreage is beautiful and we saw quail, turkey, elk, birds of prey, and more every day. The river is beautiful and the owner's riverfront Pavillion is lovely. Here is my only negative: Justin lives there and it felt like we were staying in our uncle's cabin, not a rental prepared for paying guests. There was laundry in the washer, socks by the bed, the bedspread in the master smelled like aftershave, cold coffee left in the pot, lots of food in the (not very clean) fridge, white dog hair everywhere (my dog is black), thick dust on many surfaces, the windows are very dirty which kind of reduces the beautiful views. In other words, I think the owner woke up there that morning and made arrangements to stay elsewhere during our visit and maybe tidied up a bit, and left. Would I stay again? Probably, but I'd be prepared to spend some time cleaning before I settled in to relax. Some major spring cleaning (perhaps get a few women in there) and the place will be an easy 5 stars.

This property offers the true outdoor experience with modern technology within the property. I give the property and the amenities a 10! Both the check in and check out process were outstanding! A little piece of Heaven in the Blue Mountains.
We can't sum up our experience at your property in 2490 spaces...but we'll try. From the first time we met the owner, we knew that he and his home were special. Angie and I have rented dozens of properties in WA, OR, and Idaho. There have been some beautiful, and memorable homes.....but none have left a brand on us like this home and location. This home is a literal treasure! It is full of hand-carved woodwork, family paintings, hunting trophies, and a deep personal touch from the owner. I've never been in a home that tells you so much about the people that offered it to the public. The entire experience left us wanting to celebrate the property and its contents. It's a once-in-a-lifetime find! All that said...here is what you'll get when you stay here: lots of cabin space....an extra smaller cabin, a huge gazebo alongside the Walla Walla River, huge lawns, gorgeous Blue Mountains surrounding the property, privacy, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, second-to-none comfort in and out if the cabin, all the modern necessities in the kitchen, washer and dryer, the greatest shower I've ever seen, extra parking, and all the wildlife you could hope for! My new bride and I will be booking this property every few months from now until we can create our own. I dont think we will ever surpass what has been created in this amazing Blue Mountain haven. Thank you so much for sharing your life's dream with us. You have won us over and have new guests for as long as you'll have us. :0)
