"Awful place. One star is too much. More like a doss house. Unopened post piling up at the door. Floors could do with a good clean. Hand written paper signs stuck on the door and walls. Very scruffy looking. I arrived at about 2am. My room was very cold. I asked for the heating to be put on. They said "OK" but didn't do it. Heating didn't come on later either. "Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building.
