"1. The location of the unit is not good because it’s close to the swimming pool and people would make a lot of noise. 2. The location of the building is also not very good because it's next to the golf course and we would here the workers mowing the lawn EVERYDAY!!! There's also a railway line a bit further away which we could here the trains passing by, especially at night. 3. The WORST part about this apartment was the smell which was very unpleasant. "Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, für zwei Personen genügend Platz. Für Golfspieler optimal, da zum Golfspielen nur die Straße überquert werden muss. Tolle Golfanlage. Das einzige Manko ist die Straße, auf der - obwohl Nebenstraße - viel Verkehr und damit Lärm ist."

"In general in was fine! The apartment is close to the city center, has a fully equipped kitchen and a great sea view! We communicated perfectly with the manager and she was helpful and willing to provide anything we needed. But, all furniture is extremely old and badly maintained, it doesn’t have internet (which was not mentioned when rented) and it was only superficially cleaned. Recommend it for couples or families with one baby like us."
