Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway property located just 10 min away from both St Paul & Minneapolis. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio watching the sunrise on Lake Owasso and end your evening with a bonfire. Close to US Bank Stadium, Xcel Center, Target Field, Huntington Bank Stadium, MN State Fair, and Como Zoo. Also 5 mins drive to Rosedale Mall where you can shop and eat.

Quiet hours 10PM-7:30AM

No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.

No smoking inside the property. You can smoke outside away from the house. There will be a $300 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required.

I live upstairs (I do have a baby but no pets). The rooms are located in the basement and has a separate entrance locked off from the rest of the house. I won't be in any part of your space.

We are very easy going, go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. All we ask is being respectful of our home and neighborhood. We look forward to hosting you!

Please note that sometimes you might hear a noise due to our little one walking and playing, but we'll do our best to keep it down.

Excellent location, 10-30 minutes driving distance from a lot of places of interest inside of Minneapolis! Hosts were very communicative! Could hear a lot of what was going on upstairs, but it didn't really affect my stay.

Cute little place, wifi didn’t work and lots of noise from upstairs.
WiFi didn’t work for us even after rebooting the router. So that was a pain as we wanted to stream football games. Noise from upstairs was accurate to the listing so can’t really complain but bad if trying to sleep in. We would’ve done laundry detergent but it was empty, we also would have loved to have a fire as advertised but no wood to be found. Overall it was a quaint place and did the trick for our 2 couples in town for a wedding.

Wonderful Stay
This was the perfect stay for 3 ladies attending a concert on Harriet Island! We dropped our stuff off and took an Uber/Lyft to the concert. The property is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It is cute and clean. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Charming neighborhood, lovely lake view, mostly comfortable—bathroom floor not clean but otherwise very tidy and beds comfy. Be prepared for quite a bit of noise from family above through thin doors/ceiling. But we had a nice stay!

This is a nice, 2 BR unit that was comfortable for our family's brief stay. We weren't able to enjoy the firepit that overlooks the lake but did have a few deer greet us.

Quiet retreat
Great place tucked away but close to everything. Working in the area and it was great to have a quiet place to come relax in at the end of the day. First night we saw multiple deer right outside our door, that's how peaceful and quiet it is. Mo was very responsive and helpful. Was a great experience all around.

This stay was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, near grocery stores, and most of all near our daughter. The view was really pretty and it was in a really quite neighborhood. Thank you was a wonderful stay it felt like home.

A cozy retreat with a great view
The property was as described. Very cozy and comfortable. The view is spectacular. There is a nice park a half mile up the road with walking trails. Stores and restaurants are nearby. I would stay again if I am ever in the area!
