This very spacious main level unit will exceed expectations in detail of comfort and style. Recently renovated and furnished it boasts a charming 1300 sqft.- there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family and friends. The Living Room is in the front and has a large desk in front of the south facing windows - perfect for watching life stroll by as you work. Beyond the living room is the dining area which can accommodate 8. This unit has a full sized kitchen, complete with center island and plenty of counter space to set out a festive buffet! in the very back off of the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with Queen bed. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of room to store luggage. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen area; just a few steps from the bedroom. It has a walk -in shower and is comfortably sized to meet your needs. When the weather cooperates be sure to utilize the charming large front porch; there is a place to sit and visit and a bistro table and chairs to enjoy an informal meal El Fresco! On the colder days click on the electric fireplace in living room to cozy up the space. You will quickly make this place your home away from home while taking in all the unique shops, restaurants, and homes this wonderful historic area offers.

Amazing property in great location!
I can't say enough about this comfy, cozy, and simply awesome property. I almost didn't want to write this review to try to keep it a secret, as I plan to book this many more times. Everything about it is great - from checking in with ease and Stacey making sure everything was good, to the gorgeous and thoughfully curated living space, to the front porch which adds an even more relaxing element. The neighborhood is quiet and you're close to everything you could want. Seriously one of the best vrbo's I've ever booked - will be staying here again for sure.

Stacey is a wonderful host and there are so many thoughtful touches throughout the home to ensure comfort. We were in St Paul for a 50th college reunion at Macalester and to visit family a few blocks away. We loved the location and ease of parking plus meeting neighbors and shopkeepers in the area.

Comfy and convenient
Just the right amount of space for us plus our two dogs. The bed was comfy, and the living room had different spaces for reading, watching TV, and working on a computer. Great location for neighborhood walks and restaurants wirhin walking distance. The front porch was like an outdoor living room, rain or shine!

This is my 3rd or 4th stay here. It's a perfect location, for shops and walking among mansions...and it has a wonderful front porch ..weather permitting and a small fireplace for cold weather. Stacey, the manager, is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. I highly recommend this property...

Comfy Home and convenient location
This property was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and organized making it easy to cook while there. Also it was easy to access many restaurants and shops nearby. The nearby neighborhoods were perfect for walking.

We were in St. Paul to watch our daughter play soccer games at St. Kat’s and Macalester. Perfect location. And it felt like home with great living space and kitchen. Super comfy bed and air conditioners throughout. We rented eBikes and enjoyed getting around and exploring the Twin Cuties on two wheels with no need to rent a car.

We had a wonderful vacation in St Paul and our accommodation complimented our time. It's in a lovely area, was well appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. This property is one of the most comfortable and clean we have stayed at. It was very quiet and a nice neighborhood. Stacey was very helpful and easy to reach. There was everything there we needed and the bed was very comfortable. If we are in the area again we definitely would stay there.

Everything you could possibly want
This was one of the best equipped kitchens I have found in a short term rental. Plus the kitchen and dining room are quite spacious. Both the bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Stacey was in touch and quick to respond when contacted. We would definitely stay here again.

Coziest abode!

Great location in historic home among historic houses
The flock of wild city turkeys that visited us during our morning coffee was a fun way to start our morning. Watched them feed for a 1/2 hour. Very cool.
