Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker. Dislikes: Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city). Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm. Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave. Maybe a special floor for young children...
