"Great customer service, clean hotel, well located (for those who struggle with hills, consider elsewhere!) but a massive disappointment that the rooftop pool was closed for refurbishment - we would have booked elsewhere and the price did not reflect the closure. The hotel did arrange for us to use the pool at other Epic hotel which we did, but was not quite the same carting our stuff across the city to use it. "

Our only complaint was that we had sugar ants in our room.. a lot of them, and the shower water wasn’t hot. Ours never got hotter than Luke warm. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. "
