"Great hotel! The only thing I would improve or change is the bed and pillows. The mattress was too soft, the pillows too firm and the mattress on the sofa bed was way too thin. Good tging we were there for just one night."

We are very active and found it convenient to walk to Old San Juan from here and back. Helps with all the eating and drinking! 10/10 recomendé this hotel. Will be staying again! "

"As soon as I booked the property I sent a note to the property manager with a few questions about check in and the property. I called and texted a few more times until the day of our trip where I sent a panic text. I finally got a response about check in and that process was okay. One of the texts I sent, I had asked about towels. No response. Come to find out that the apartment only provided 2 bath bowels. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels. Nothing else. 1 towel...
