"I didnt stay. Diffferent address and location. Didn't feel safe as a single mother of two. Not what I paid for or what was on the listing. I requested a refund and they refused. I stayed at a hotel instead. It was very shady. Dont recommend!"

"As soon as I booked the property I sent a note to the property manager with a few questions about check in and the property. I called and texted a few more times until the day of our trip where I sent a panic text. I finally got a response about check in and that process was okay. One of the texts I sent, I had asked about towels. No response. Come to find out that the apartment only provided 2 bath bowels. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels.
