I called and texted a few more times until the day of our trip where I sent a panic text. I finally got a response about check in and that process was okay. One of the texts I sent, I had asked about towels. No response. Come to find out that the apartment only provided 2 bath bowels. No wash cloth, no hand towel, no kitchen towel, no paper towels.
