"外観からとても綺麗で、美しい。駅から少しありますが、騒がしさがなくとても静かに過ごすことができました。居室にてのチェックインがバタバタせずに、行うことができとても良かったです。 最上階から見る景色、バルコニーから見る景色、食事スペースから見る景色、どれも昼間、夜間と違う姿を見ることができとても満足でした。 施設内で使用する着物も、ポケットがないために巾着が付いているなど、気遣いがありとてもうれしかったです。 お風呂は居室に檜風呂がありますが、大浴場はおしゃれではあるが暗くて寒い、というのが正直な印象でした。周辺温泉が多い中で「温泉」というものを求める人には少し違ったサービスの形なのかなととも思います。 個人的にはとても満足し、また利用させていただきたいと思っています。"
