"We absolutely loved the proximity to Terminal 3 as we were travelling from Vancouver to the Caribbean and didn't want to bring heavy clothes for the overnight. Being so close to the Link Train to travel to Terminal 1 in the morning for our flight south was fantastic! The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and we received great service! Now we know we can comfortably get south via Toronto! Yay!"

"Lack of shoveled / plowed parking spots due to snow from earlier in the day caused us to park in the Fire lane, which the front desk told us to do. The twenty-year-olds in the next room were very noisy up to and after midnight. I called the front desk and complained, but they didn't quiet down for 45 minutes to an hour later. I know that postponed / cancelled flights caused the lack of spots issue with parking, but the fact that we arrived to find all the spots plowed in and not shoveled was...

Only thing that's not ideal is the parking after big snow, no proper snow plowing service to clear the parking lots, customers need to borrow their shovel to dig their car out themselves. "
