"Clean. Rooms aren't too small like some business hotels. They will check you in when rooms are available, unlike Toyoku hotel across the street that won't check you in until 1600, Breakfast is fine"

"格式張った感じはしませんが、快適に過ごせました。大浴場も客室も清潔で必要な物は揃っていたと思います。 客室の窓には障子があり、遮光カーテンはありませんでしたが、窓とベッドの間にブラインドが下ろせるようにしてあったため、眩しい等の問題はなかったです。 ビュッフェスタイルの食事は、品数が豊富で素材が良く、どれを食べても美味しかったです。夕食時にはアルコール類も追加料金不要で提供され、スウィーツ系デザートも種類が豊富でした。また、朝食のフレンチトーストも美味しかったです。"

"Lovely stay - as a first time visitor to Japan, it was great to have a night at some more traditional lodging. Iwaso was beautiful and the service excellent. The fixtures in the private bathroom in my room were somewhat dated but everything was very clean, and I really used the Onsen anyway - also, the historic/classic styling of the property was what I wanted. I didn’t find the futons particularly comfortable, but am used to western beds. But what I really felt like I was paying for here was...
