"Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. "Frontline reception staff had no authority to take any decisions. Room had bathing water that was running hot and then cold. We requested the staff to correct it but nothing was done about it. Food was of a sub optimal standard with very limited options. We were overcharged for the service we got. I would not recommend Sanbonani to international tourists, specifically from a “value for money” perspective. "

"We hired 2 chalets' no's 528 & 529. 528 was in good shape but 589 was not. The master bedroom carpets were dirty and the chalet needed painting. We paid for half board but found the food generally very poor. Breakfast was OK with eggs cooked while you waited, the sausages and bacon were good but there was little fresh fruit.
