Fantastic place on a beautiful golf course! Was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for two families with young kids! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to everything! We will be back!

Great house for a family meetup
The house is in a great location 10-15 minutes from Arches entrance and close to Moab town center. It was perfect for a family or two, well stocked and clean. Neighborhood is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home in a beautiful natural setting
We were delighted from the moment we walked in the front door. the layout, decor and view out the back sliding door were phenomenal. We found everything we needed to make this a great home base for 3 days of hiking.

Cute Coyote Run Near Course
Had a nice stay in Moab with family at Coyote Run. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, it was very clean and nicely decorated. The open floor plan was great. We liked having en-suite bathrooms, as well as an additional half bath. It was convenient having a washer and dryer. The hot tub was nice and clean and warm! It was a quick, short walk to the Moab Golf Course Pro Shop.

Great Moab Getaway!
We really liked being in a quiet neighborhood. We could go for a run right outside the back door! House was great- everything we needed! Stars from the hot tub were great! And yet it’s still close to town to grab food and stuff. Lots of fun!

The property was amazing. We felt like we were tucked away in a secluded area. The home exceeded our expectations in every way! It had everything we needed to cook, relax and play! Loretta was an awesome property manager. She was proactive and super responsive. Coyote Run 6 is now our preferred place to stay when we go to Moab.

Fantastic home to stay in while in Moab
We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to stay in during our Moab vacation. We had two grown children with us on this family trip and it was great that each had a great bedroom and bath of their own upstairs and our master bed & bath downstairs. The views out back were incredible and the guys loved that they could literally walk to the golf course next door. The location into town was just right.....away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it was a quick ride in each day for great food and fun. The home's furniture was comfortable and the home was very clean. Definitely deserving of 5 Stars!!

Exceeded Expectations
The house was better than expected. Clean and roomy and beautiful inside and out. It had everything we needed which was a pleasant surprise, we couldn't have asked for anything more. It is just far enough out of town to enjoy the quiet & stars but close enough for a quick trip to the market/restaurants. We were extremely happy with our stay and Loretta literally is the Hostess with the Most-ess !!!!

Wonderful home that checked most of our boxes. Large and comfortable, quiet, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Close enough to town but far enough away from the hubbub. Kitchen was great, outdoor space was nice, and communication with the property manager was easy. The only thing we were surprised by: from the listing, we assumed the fold out couch was in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It actually is in the loft which is an open area, so just something to be aware of if you’re hoping it’s in the bedroom and more private. Overall, though, we would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

Fabulous, Quiet Coyote Run
Can't say enough about this house. It was beautifully decorated, the landscaping was gorgeous fitting in with the region and everything was there that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was very cool to cook in (gas stove top) and the location was out of town so it was nice & quiet. The hostess was always available to answer questions...she's a gem.
