Cozy lake cottage with gorgeous views! The Lake Escape sits perched overlooking Clark’s Hill Lake (Strom Thurmond Lake). This tranquil home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and tons of outdoor living space with multiple levels of decks to enjoy the view. The huge screened in porch is a favorite of our guests. This home boasts a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable linens and lake towels are provided. Pet friendly! Jump in the lake off the boat dock. Bring your own boat or ask about our Pontoon Boat Available for Rent!

Great Lake House! Wonderful views!
I rented this lake house for my father’s 92nd birthday. We had 7 adults from 28 years old to 92 years old. It was perfect! Wheelchair accessible through out the house. My father had a wonderful birthday! He thanked me all weekend. My nephew used the kayak and enjoyed exploring the lake. Our favourite place was the screened in porch and we stayed out there every day. Meals and playing cards. My father stayed in the back bedroom with his own bathroom and the excellent view of the lake. The bunk beds are for children and nobody slept in them. We slept on the comfy couches and my nephew slept on the porch couch. It was a fabulous weekend! Thank you for the lake house! 😀

Our group really enjoyed our stay for Labor Day weekend! Perfect location close to boat ramp, fishing spots, and beach. Plenty of room on the dock for both our boats and ample parking in the driveway for boat trailers and cars. Very clean house with plenty of space, LOVED the screened in porch.

The place was awesome. Check-in was easy lake access, floating dock, park the boats. The only issue that I had was the keypad lock code seemed to time out, and we could not lock the door from the outside when we went into town

Perfect and peaceful family stay.
This property is a perfect lake home. Trey has thought of everything that you could possibly need. He responded immediately to any questions that we may have had. We rented his boat. Trey made sure the boat was docked and fully gassed for us. It had virtually everything we could need on it. We spent endless enjoyable hours on the water. He even sent us maps of lovely beaches that we could boat to and important things such as marinas and the closes grocery store. Our family will always remember our trip to Modoc South Carolina. We certainly will be back. Thank you Trey for sharing your lovely home with us.

Just returned from our stay at this house. Was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The bunks were a little challenging to get into and out of, as they are intended for small children, but we slept well as the mattresses were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was really nice and easy to reach if we needed anything. Its clear from our visit that the host put a lot of thought into the guest and their needs with this rental. It was very clean and WELL stocked. They literally supply every household item, even some extras, you may need for your stay. The view of the lake from the back patio, which is fully enclosed, was absolutely gorgeous and quite comfortable with plenty of seating room. I would highly recommended this property to anyone. I would definitely stay again.
