Comfy, nice, good location.
Comfortable. Nice. The gym could do with a few more equipment. Like dumbbells and weights. Pilates ball. These are cheap to get second hand. The park behind the hotel is very nice. And I was able to borrow umbrella in the reception which saved the day.

Room was not ready at our check-in so we had to wait until 3:30 pm and they could have invited us to a cup of coffee but this didn’t happen The receptionist could not speak German fluently In the room there were a few malfunctioning items: towels holder hanging, one window didn’t close properly and the coffee maker

Es ist nicht mehr das neueste Hotel. Das Hotelzimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Parkplatzgebühr ist zu hoch für Hotelgäste. Man wird nicht gleich freundlich wenn man an die Rezeption geht angesprochen.

Das Hotel ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei meinem Aufenthalt hatte es ca. 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer war defek. Als ich dies meldete wurde mir gesagt, dass eine Firma zur Reparatur kommt. Am dritten Tag bei meiner Abreise war immer noch niemand gekommen. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 250€ die Nacht, kann man finde ich erwarten, dass sich um so etwas zeitnah gekümmert wird.

Gute Unterkunft in ruhiger, zentraler Lage.
Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, wenn auch - teilweise - schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war sehr gut und alle waren/sind sehr freundlich! Frühstück war sehr lecker, allerdings war der Preis mit 20€ auch sehr sportlich (ist wohl aber ein Standardpreis in einem 4* Hotel).
