"The rooms do not look like what the pictures show on hotel.com. There are no dressers in the room and the bedding needs desperate attention. No mattress cover and covers are worn and as holes"

"They exterior and lobby area was ok. The elevator needs to be updated/cleand up. My door latch was not right and entering the room was difficult. The room looked decent, however there was a sticky spot on the carpet next to the desk."
