"We had a fabulous time and snorkeled every day at one of the best beaches on the island! Terry responded quickly when we didn't have hot water and had the hot water tank replaced as soon as possible. The cottage is very spacious and equipped with many extras in the kitchen. The bathrooms could use some more towels and wash rags, but we were able to wash the existing towels throughout the week because there's a washer/dryer and laundry detergent. There's no AC which bothered some in our party,...

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this rental, and it had everything we needed. Great location and well-maintained. It's a little bit outdated, yes, but that didn't bother me at all considering it looked exactly like the listing (even better in my opinion), and was very clean, functional, and still very charming. We really enjoyed eating dinner and watching sunsets on the adorable lanai, and the shared pool in the complex was great! We would definitely rent this place again if we ever return to...

"I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. "Great property in perfect location adjacent to walking path & snorkeling beach. We loved our one-bedroom unit and enjoyed the resorts amenities including pools and restaurants. Well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, wish we could have extended our stay, but not easy to do at a timeshare property like you can at a hotel. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to return, next time for a longer visit. Mahalo!"

"We had a great stay at the Napili Surf Resort. We travel with seniors and kid. The staff are helping and welcolmeing. Everybody is happy. The full kitchen gave us additional option for food. There are 2 restaurants on the beach and Napili market is around the corner. And the resort was very quiet after 8 or 9pm. There are not so many people crowed down on the beach so we enjoyed a calm and relaxed time on the beach either. We will definitely come back. "
