5/5 Excellent
"This property should have an above excellent button for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.
The hallway walking to our room on the fourth floor had a slight musty smell, but when we entered our room, there was no musty smell, and the room was very modern up-to-date with a comfy bed.
There was a RCMP pamphlet at the front desk, warning people to take all valuables out of their car and make sure it was locked. We had electric bikes in the car so we were concerned. However our car was fine in the morning.
Also, the front door of the hotel lobby is locked 24 hours a day. You require your room key to enter the hotel lobby. It is my understanding this is because of the homeless issue in Moncton.
The breakfast in the morning was exceptional, lots of variety. The coffee is delicious with large cups to go.
Very happy with this property, but not sure that we would return as things in downtown. Moncton are starting to look a little seedy.
