"The waterpark is small but it has some really entertaining attractions (surfing and outdoors hot spring pool.) The ropes are great for the kids. They could offer more activities for the kids. The room is nice and beds are comfortable. The one really big issue this hotel has is the food. They close all the restaurants during the day, except for the one inside the waterpark, but this one has very few options, and they run out of all healthy options (salads) during our stay. "We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !"
