The staff was great, helpful and friendly. Room was quiet and comfortable. The TV did not work very well in that some stations did not seem to have a good connection. That is my only tiny issue. The stay was really good.

The hotel team is very helpful especially Yannis. He attended immediately to my complaint. The hotel location is amazing . The view from upper level rooms is great ! I stayed in three different other hotels during my stay in Montreal. La Cantlie was my favorite. Definitely will stay again there!

Overall the hotel and most of the staff were good. At first checking in I found the front desk was not as helpful as they could have been. In addition, ice machine is on the 27th floor and out of order. I found out after they sent me there. But once I mentioned it, they were great about sending ice up to our room. It is only valet parking which you have to park in front of the building. And you have to pay $35 for parking. I felt it should be free. There is a $150 deposit fee they hang onto for up to 5 business days. You have the option to have the parking taken off of this then. Rooms were clean but lack USB plug in. So bring your cube if you need to charge your phone.

The executive suite was superb. I travelled with my three sons and the extra space, large living room and full kitchen were great. There is a Nespresso machine with pods in the kitchen which I loved. The beds were very comfortable and having the sleeper sofa in the living room was very helpful. The Greek restaurant just off the lobby was pricey but worth it!
