We were a group of 10 people ages ranging from teens to adults from close and extended family members. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. "We had a small party of 7 Road cyclists and loved our stay. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and WCs with ample storage for all of the bikes and equipment. The owner responded quickly to all communications and was extremely helpful and accommodating. This is a perfect location for road cycling as long as you like endless tough climbs on the doorstep."

"This must be our third stay at this chalet. It is compact and at the bottom of a few steep steps but it is cosy and great value for money. Very easy hosts to deal with and all very relaxed. Chalet is directly below a drag lift that takes you to the Poutran lift into the Alpe d’Huez bowl. Oz is small so not many ch apres ski but we like it!!"

"The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill. There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks. But it can be done at 14. The downside...

"We loved our time here. We came in summer, and the water park adjacent was pretty great, even though the wave pool was down for repairs on the day we went. We also walked 5 min to the escalators up to 1650 to eat. This was really nice not to use the car. All employees were great, but especially Ali for valet parking and Claire at reception helped us very much. My only small complaint is that I am very sensitive to scents and get headaches and the hotel makes liberal use of fragrances. I wish they toned it down a bit. But otherwise great. Breakfast was outstanding too. "

Lovely hotel

"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted by the lack of kitchen facilities in the apartment. Providing some basic kitchen amenities could indeed enhance the guest experience and flexibility. just the little things added certainly would give the hotel a much better rating, as guests do need the options..!! We had to use the multi tool cork screw with tiny pen knife. Lucky we’ve survival skills to adapt 👍😎"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel despite it being somewhat modest, lacking a proper lobby. However, the reception from and care by India, the property manager was exceptional. I was traveling alone and India made sure all was well with me and that I made myself familiar with everything. For a modest hotel in a pricey area this was truly comfortable and hospitable! Thank you, India!"
