"Such a beautiful place to stay. Parking and laundry on site. We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe King Studio. Magnificent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Easy to find, close food options and the property managers were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property. Was my favorite property to stay at on our SI 7 day trip. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is an older property but it’s clean, it’s safe and everyone I interacted with at the office was very helpful and nice. There’s lots of restaurants nearby and the University of Otago is less than a 10 min walk. There is onsite parking. If you’re arriving late they’re able to help with a later check in. "

"Prasad and his family are the most generous hosts we have had the good fortune to meet. Being unfamiliar with what is meant in NZ by “backyard sleep-out”, I was not expecting to need to go into the main house for a shower, to have no hot water, or to have no running water in the kitchenette. When it came time for us to leave at the end of our stay, we felt like part of the family because of the shared facilities, and a solution to our error regarding the dates of our stay."
