"We highly recommend Mai Tai Bora Bora for (premium) overwater bungalow experience. We jumped off our deck and went right to snorkeling. You can also rent paddleboards and motor boats. Water was so clear and beautiful views! The staff was so helpful and rooms were clean and had everything we needed like fridge. Two restaurants on site including a beach view one. The staff at Mai Tai was even able to recover our lost cell phone from the bus driver that took us to the airport boat dock. It was a work of magic and truly personalized service. Also the hotel is close to other restaurants, beaches and markets. Bora Bora Dive will also pick you up as its only a few minute drive. "

"Everything was splendid but the most touching gesture was that the resort provided us a day room from 11-4 for our evening flight back to the U.S.. we were so grateful that we were able to enjoy the pool and have a nice lunch, shower n repack prior to departure! "

"It was a truly wonderful experience – the beach is superb, rooms are comfortable, well airconditioned. Breakfast offers excellent coffee, local fruit, baguettes and cookies. Dinners are good, a restaurant on the sunset beach side is also 10-15 minute walk and a good local shop is within 2 minutes. Contact reception in advance to arrange a pick-up shuttle from the airport ferry dock. Renting bikes for a day from the reception to go round the island worked out well."

"The over water bungalow was clean and convenient. We could snorkel right outside and saw a lot of fish. Nir and Tiare were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations and even helped us book the activities. Renting the car from Nir was hassle free. Highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again. "

"The best hotel experience we have. The staffs provide excellent services, and the general manager welcome us in person when arrival. She also say goodbye to everyone when we leave on the port. Feel like home. We got special gift for anniversary and birthday as well. The bungalow we booked is lagoon view, big and in excellent condition with our own deck facing the ocean. This hotel is built on shallow beautiful green water; best for snorkeling and easy to see so many beautiful fish in the water just to my waist level. Will recommend this hotel for sure. "
